Memphis Brooks Museum of Art – Kress Interpretive Fellowship
For one year, the fellow will work with European art from the 1300s to the 1800s and will have the opportunity to attend an exhibition exploring how historical art can be used to reflect on the decolonization of museums. The salary is $50,000.

National Parks Arts Foundation – Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Artist-in-Residence
Individual artists, duos, and groups working in any medium can apply for this residency in Volcano Country on the Big Island in June 2024. It includes a $4,000 stipend, studio, housing, and more. There is a $60 application fee.

National Museum of Social Housing – Instigator artist residency
This one-year program draws on arts and culture to make creative public policy interventions around housing and related social justice issues. There is an honorarium of $10,000 plus a budget of $10,000 for project expenses.

Pulitzer Center – AI Accountability Fellowships
Six to eight journalists from around the world will receive up to $20,000 for 10-month fellowships to report on the impacts of algorithms and automated systems in their communities.

Springboard for the Arts – Rural Regeneration Fellowship
Twelve artists, culture carriers, local organizers and other changemakers from rural Upper Midwest communities will receive $10,000 to participate in two years of peer-to-peer learning and exchange, plus an additional $5,000 in the second year.

The studios of the MASS MoCA residence
Located on the Museum’s Factory Campus in the Berkshire Mountains, the year-round program welcomes up to 10 artists at a time for stays of two or four weeks. Fees are $650 per week and full scholarships are available.

Wave Farm – Radio Art Fellowships
The Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 Fellowships combine remote work with an on-site research visit and on-site live broadcast from New York’s Upper Hudson Valley. Aimed at US-based radio artists and researchers, they include stipends of $5,000.

M&C Saatchi Group x Saatchi Gallery – Art for Change Award
