Pratt opens its doors, inviting visitors to its gallery spaces on the Brooklyn campus and the Pfizer Building to explore the diversity of engaging work at exhibitions by MFA and BFA graduate artists. This spring, the openings of the exhibitions take place on Mondays. join us for Mondays at the Pratt Institutewhich runs now through early May as part of Pratt Shows 2023.
Pratt Shows are annual public exhibitions and presentations by the promotion of the university. Representing years of research, exploration, critical thinking, creative inquiry, problem solving, growth, production, practice and accomplishment, the shows celebrate the work of students leading up to the start in May.
The highly anticipated shows draw large audiences from New York’s diverse art and design communities and beyond, connecting Pratt’s talents with industry professionals and advancing new ideas in more than 30 academic fields in the fields of architecture, art, design, information, and the liberal arts and sciences.
Free and open to the public – unless otherwise specified – exhibitions, performances, presentations, readings and screenings are taking place by mid-May in several locations.
